Job profile :
Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards
Effective redressal of all customer complaints and providing solutions / escalating problems
Educating customers about products and services ( cross selling)
Generating leads and passing them to concerned department
Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute to the improvement
Qualification:
Age less than or equal to 28 years
Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience (post graduation)

Compensation
1.8 lakh to 2.25 lakh per annum (Gross)
Will also be eligible for other benefits

Criteria
Effective communication skills with neutral accent
Good in comprehension and spoken English

Domestic voice process
9 hours , 36 mins shift with 5 day working (rotational off)
